Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, overlooking Stephens Green with a seating area at a window seat. The service was impeccable, and the hotel's greatest asset was the friendly staff. The location couldn't have been better, within a short walk of shops and restaurants. The dining experience was exceptional with high-quality food offerings. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was excellent, close to many Dublin tourist sites and restaurants. The service was top-notch, friendly and helpful, but the noise levels were a bit bothersome. The rooms, although cozy, felt cramped, especially being on the top floor. The dining offered tasty options, including the best French toast we've ever had, but the lack of certain items was noticeable.
I had a cozy stay at the hotel despite the small room size, with a large bed that made it feel a bit cramped. The poor lighting didn't help much, but the comfort level was surprisingly good. Being on the other side of the building from our room, we enjoyed a nice view of St Stephen's Green.
The hotel had quaint and comfortable rooms that were beautiful and clean. The huge comfy bed was a highlight, but the room was very small and lacked a chair. Despite this, the well-equipped bathroom made up for it. The price was the same for this room as the others, which was a downside. The service was top-notch, with warm and welcoming staff from the moment we arrived. The location was very central, right on Stephens Green, though it lacked a cozy reading area. The dining experience was fantastic, with a delicious breakfast and exceptional service. Overall, the facilities were great, though the lack of relaxation spots was a minor drawback.
The hotel is ideally located, close to all attractions and sites in Dublin, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. However, there were some issues with noise at night and delays in room cleaning. The location was perfect for exploring the city, but difficulties with luggage were noted. The dining experience was enjoyable, although gluten-free options were lacking.
The hotel had a great location within easy walking distance to many Dublin sites, but the room size was smaller than expected. The service was friendly overall, but there was a brief initial reluctance to change rooms. The dining experience was of high quality, although some dishes were overly salty. The hotel offered everything needed for a comfortable stay, but there were boxes in the corridor.
I stayed at the hotel located right at the top of the city center. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, but a bit pricey with no views. Despite that, the bed was cozy. The service was exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially for a first-time Dublin visitor. The location was perfect, quiet at night, and within walking distance to all the attractions. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of options. Overall, a great stay with minor drawbacks.
I found the hotel to be in an ideal location, perfect for exploring Dublin on foot with great access to shopping and public transport. The rooms were on the smaller side but had a cozy charm to them. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The dining experience was delicious, although some dishes were a bit too salty. Overall, a great value for the money with fantastic amenities and facilities.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, close to many Dublin tourist sites and restaurants, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room I stayed in, like room 204, was a bit disappointing with a bathtub more like a big sink, not ideal for getting ready. Despite this, I would still recommend it for the convenient location and friendly service.
The hotel provided spacious, quiet, and clean rooms with excellent accommodations. Although there was furniture stored right outside the room, it did not affect the overall positive experience. The service was warm and helpful, making the stay welcoming. The location was perfect, offering a quiet setting close to all major attractions. The dining experience was lovely, highlighting freshly baked bread and delicious yogurt. Overall, the hotel offers great value for a pleasant stay.
