loud noises heavy suitcase
the breakfast was DELICIOUS.
the plumbing made LOUD noises all day, so resting was impossible. i also had to carry my heavy suitcase up several steps. assistance was nonexistent, and my back HURT.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was super clean. breakfast was delicious.
i found it difficult to sleep well due to noise from the street. the soundproofing needs improvement. i heard traffic throughout the night.

excellent stay near the green
great location friendly staff baked treats beautiful hotel
the location was amazing. it was centrally located near shops and restaurants. dart and bus stops were right out front. the hotel was beautiful and well cared for with a great wine bar. the staff was friendly and helpful. i loved the baked treats in the room when i arrived.
the phone was not working in the room. that was slightly inconvenient when i needed to contact reception.

the wine bar offered a selection of local and international wines. complimentary breakfast was served in the restaurant on the first floor, with options. the building is a converted townhouse. the hotel is near st stephen's green.

adequate stay
cute staff king size spacious room unattended desk long wait car parking
the front desk staff were very cute they couldn't do enough i got a spacious room with a king size bed and a separate bathroom area the views overlooked a park i really liked it
nobody was at the desk when i checked in i had to wait about 20 minutes someone needed to give me my room key my car was outside i was parked there it was very annoying
